Impacts of work-family role conflict on job and life satisfaction: a comparative study among doctors, engineers and university teachers

Purpose This study was designed to investigate the impacts of work-family role conflict on job and life satisfaction among three major professionals: doctors, engineers university teachers. Data were collected through a face survey 60 teachers different public private institutes Bangladesh. Design/methodology/approach Conducted data analysis statistical questionnaires (mean, SD, max, min), descriptive (%), t -test, variance test, correlation regression analysis. Findings The results demonstrate that had experienced more (WFC) family-work (FWC) than doctors engineers; however, WFC in case satisfaction. also implied control variables such as gender identification, reported number children, marital status, education level adhered religion significant impact ( p < 0.05) WFC, FWC, Originality/value will provide insight into effects spouse, supervisor children both
