Impacts of work-family role conflict on job and life satisfaction: a comparative study among doctors, engineers and university teachers

Purpose This study was designed to investigate the impacts of work-family role conflict on job and life satisfaction among three major professionals: doctors, engineers university teachers. Data were collected through a face survey 60 teachers different public private institutes Bangladesh. Design/methodology/approach Conducted data analysis statistical questionnaires (mean, SD, max, min), descriptive (%), t -test, variance test, correlation regression analysis.
